Made with soft foam blocks encased in a soft adherent webbing. Creating the on/off pressure between your compression and the lymph vessel system for maximum pump effect.  When combined with muscle volume variations, a shear effect occurs (deep) in the subcutaneous tissues.  Perfect for post surgery scar tissue, and thickened heavy oedema.

4 Stage Mobiderm Bandaging System:

Clinicians often choose the Mobiderm® bandaging system during the reduction phase to gently support decongestion, using a four-layer bandaging technique that enhances comfort while helping the body reduce swelling.

  1. PROTECT the skin: PROTECTIVE COTTON BANDAGE
    In direct contact with the skin, this tubular cotton bandage provides tight containment of the limb. Made of cotton, it provides soft* and lined protection of the skin weakened by the lymphedema.

  2. MOBIDERM the edema: MOBIDERM BANDAGE

  3. CONTAIN the edema: BIFLEXIDEAL SHORT-STRETCH BANDAGE
    A short-stretch bandage (<100% stretch) as the third layer helps with containment of the edema, as well as drainage in case of physical activity (high working pressure)**.
  4. COMPRESS the edema: BIFLEX LONG GRADUATED BANDAGE
    A medium-stretch bandage as last layer applies constant pressure, even at rest.
    BIFLEX 16+ (light) is recommended for mild to moderate lymphedema.
    BIFLEX 17+ (strong) is recommended for moderate to severe lymphedema.
