# Be sure to measure the circumferences A & B as well as look at shoe size. What you need to be careful of is that the measurement of B is not tighter than the measurement of A. You want them close to the same position within the range. e.g. both middle of the cm ranges (perfect fit). If your calf measurement is at the high end of the range and ankles at the the low end of the range, they could potentially cause swelling. Please email Sal to discuss.
