Always a keen sports girl right through childhood and adulthood. But it was the discovery of martial arts that ignited a deep seeded passion for the art, the body and health. Leading me into almost 20 years, teaching, practicing and representing Australia on the world stage.

It was a momentous time in my life that saw me hungry for more. Firstly, as a personal trainer, with additional learning in nutrition, and functional movement.

As a more mature aged trainer I attracted the older demographic which of course lead to injuries and complex health issues. Once the studies began, I fell deep into a well of possibilities.

After 5 years as a PT, my passion grew for helping and learning about conditions, so I became a remedial massage therapist, followed by many muscle therapy courses, dry needling, cupping, etc…  to finally obtaining my Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy. The more information I had, I felt would better serve my clients…. 

My first introduction to lymph drainage was through a short online course. Served my clients well for a number of years, but there was always a but!! There’s more to this!! After so much research, I knew I wouldn’t be content until I had been trained by the best. So, I dived into the books again to become Dr Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage / Lymphoedema Therapist (for those with diverse lymphatic coinditions, the short online courses just don’t go deep enough, and could potentially do more harm than good. So please research and ensure your therapists have the correct training).

Everything I have learnt in all my past lives/studies, I take with me into the treatment room to best serve my clients. There is no greater reward than seeing the difference I can make to their quality of life.

Vicki is amazing!!  She ensures you get the relief you need with your troubled areas, but also makes sure you walk out feeling nice and relaxed, by adding her specialty relaxation techniques as well. She strives to create a supportive, healing space for every client.

Vicki found her true calling in remedial massage after relocating to the Central Coast. She has a lifelong passion for hands-on creativity, movement, and helping others, 

Vicky’s background includes over 25 years of playing netball, coaching youth teams, raising a family, and working in diverse roles, Vicki brings a wealth of life experience, empathy, and understanding to her practice.

Her love of working with her hands—whether through painting, music, or building and fixing things—has translated naturally into massage therapy, where she combines technical skill with a genuine desire to help people feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally.
