Delivery, Returns & Refund Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as promptly as possible.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after 2pm on Fridays will be processed the next available business day
Please note that during periods of high demand or supplier delays, processing times may be delayed. In some cases, (typically compression garments) delays of up to 21 days may occur. If your order is impacted in any way, we will keep you informed via email.
 

Delivery

  • All orders are sent via Australia Post
  • Postage costs are as per the your selections at checkout
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to activate
 

International Orders

We currently do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside Australia, please contact us at info@lymphandmuscle.com.au to discuss possible options.
 

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched:
  • Although we are not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, we will of course, do everything we can to help you with a resolution
  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and lodge a claim directly with Australia Post
  • Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are unable to guarantee replacement or refund
  • If we cannot verify your address, we will get in contact with you via your information supplied
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged:
  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Supply photos of the delivered item and packaging
  • We will promptly contact the supplier/manufacturer for resolution
 

Change of Mind & Incorrect Selection

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing or fit
  • Incorrect product selection
We strongly encourage all clients to:
  • Carefully review sizing guides
  • Seek professional advice where needed
  • Contact us prior to purchasing if unsure
