Admin Support & Social Media Champion

We are seeking a calm, and highly considerate Administration & Social Media Champion to join our growing team, taking charge with our social media coverage, and unwavering support for our clients and therapists in a space dedicated to health, injury prevention, mental well-being, rest and recovery.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the importance of quiet presence, emotional sensitivity, and respectful communication, particularly while clients are receiving somewhat sensitive treatment.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing all client communication via phone, emails, messenger, business suite, social media platforms and walk-ins
Front of house and booking / payments support for therapists
Consistent and well thought out social media stories, reel and post assistance
Online Orders, processing and postage
Assistance in management of ‘Pump Room’
Manage and update monthly newsletter, all therapists to contribute
Update Website events pages
Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries
Learning our services and wellness products to assist clients with care and confidence with enquiries
Maintain centre operations and cleanliness
General administration and other duties as directed

We’re looking for someone who is:

Naturally empathetic, kind, and calm
Honest, reliable and discreet
Willing to go above and beyond for clients and therapists
Punctual, clean, and respectful
Low-stimulus presence during sessions
Excellent communication and passion for wellness
Can do attitude and resourceful
A champion / legend on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In)

Casual position:

(2 days to begin with): then progress to Part-time for the right candidate (more days potentially)

Probationary 3 months
Wage – Health Professionals & Support Services Award
First 2-3 weeks on (Tues & Weds) for training.
Upon employment & acceptance of role, will change to permanent part-time (days to be determined and decided between owner & successful applicant)
