This 90-minute Integrated Session gently weaves grounding practices with supportive, client-centred coaching to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more at ease in both body and mind. We begin by settling the nervous system through breathwork and EFT (tapping), creating a sense of safety and regulation before any deeper work begins. From this grounded place, your body is more receptive, your thoughts feel less noisy, and meaningful change becomes possible.

Once you’re settled, the session flows into a personalised coaching experience tailored to what you need most in that moment. This may include nutrition support, lifestyle guidance, emotional wellbeing, or stress and resilience tools, always guided by your values, pace, and capacity. Nothing is rushed, forced, or overwhelming; the focus is on gentle awareness, clarity, and practical steps that feel supportive rather than demanding.
